Session 7:

The view of the profession of lg teaching has been changed.

It is because of a change in our view about the nature of lg and learning. It is important to know that one of the greatest quests is to take innovative ways of acting into existing practices. If we have such a view, then the change will be evolutionary (we do not invent new things, but we use existing things and we need accommodation too) rather than revolutionary.

In fact these changes should be made. It is because of learner's needs.

As learners' needs change, the need for changing or modifying in methods increases. But as language teaching is based on theories of lg teaching and learning, the theories can not stands stable against these changes.

The next section of this diary is developed to the concept of syllabus. It is what the teacher teaches or the content as well as methodology and evaluation .through these evolutionary changes a professional teacher dose not have a stable syllabus. She should consider to learner's reactions and revise her syllabus according to their needs.

The student's role has become more active and involved in interaction. Therefore the class organization has been changed toward learner-centerness and low-structured. Although it is a good change to have our class organization according to low-structured one in which learners are the powerful controller of class but there may be some problems. These problems are due to 1) cultural variables,2) facilities 3)economic
